Porta potty -yes ( will have new one in the box ) ...table, 4 chairs . Electric cord for power hook up 10/3. You can sleep out across the lake - many areas for houseboats or stay at the dock .....Gates and railing around the side for the young ones...
Pontoons and Houseboat was factory made by sylvan -7 sections per side with air valves- pontoons have been cleaned and painted every year..But not the last year in-- Nice ride easy to dock on windy days...
