Up for sale is a 1998 Honda Prelude base model. The chassis has about 125k miles and the engine about 90k. It is a 5 speed transmission with the h22 dohc vtec engine. Has very nice full black leather interior. Fully loaded with all accessories working. Has a JVC mp3/cd player in it with premium sound system.
All major maintenance has been done and oil has been changed every 3k miles using full synthetic. Car is very clean and not beat on. I barely ever hit vtec.

As of 12/1 is riding on stock SH wheels painted black with brand new snow tires, rotas also included

The car drives good and shifts smooth. Brakes are okay and the tires have about 75% tread still. It�s a good runner and would trust it anywhere. With that being said there are a few minor problems:
Throws a CEL code for the o2 sensors very easy fix but I have a scanner so it doesn�t bug me. Will include it with sale to pass e-check. Doesn�t affect anything else. Could use an alignment but its not bad. Paint is getting faded and there are a few fixed rust spots that are starting to bubble up in the paint. 1) around the keyhole on the trunk 2) under the gas lid 3) 2 spots on the hood. All these spots are very small about a nickel sized and are just paint bubbling.

I am looking for 5300 out of this or I will entertain trades for clean civics, integras, 240's, audis or any other euro or jdm cars, or a good daily driver + cash

It would be hard to find a nicer car for this kind of money. 1999 Taurus, Harvest gold metallic, flex fuel. It has some scratches and scuffs, but NO RUST at all and shines up nice. Even the wheel well lips look clean (Tauruses all rust there). It has the console shift (not column shift), cd player, power everything. Tires are like new, as are the brakes and front suspension (struts ball joints...etc). I am sure this is the nicest riding, quietest car you can buy for under $3k. Needs NOTHING. Clean safe car. Its a 1939 Standard Coupe.
I'm posting this car for a friend of mine who does not own a computer. The car is pretty clean, but like all old cars plenty of work to be done.
It does have most of the parts for the car including garnish moldings, original steering wheel, gauge cluster with extras, most if not all of the trim, new bumpers and plenty more in the trunk. The seats are out of a 70's camaro . the floor boards are gone, with a piece of plate cut to fit but just laying in the car. For the most part car is there.

I have a Z-28 "running" project car for someone with some welding skills. I bought this car a year ago, and started restoration. I have over $2000.00 invested and drove the car to work June and July this past summer. However, on my way home one day - the right side control arm (rusted) through the floor pan and started dragging on the ground. I pulled the seats and carpet out to discover a good bit of rust in all 4 corners. LUCKILY, I found an almost perfect complete floor pan - with the rocker panels included. I drove the car to the body shop about 2 weeks ago - and the estimate was $1900.00 to weld it in. I decided it was too much and at this point, I am just trying to unload it and start over with another car this winter.

Here is a quick list (and I have all receipts), for what I have purchased from October '08 - October '09 :

$350.00 - brand new Cooper Cobra, raised white letter tires. About 500 miles on them.
$300.00 - new engine from parts yard in Cleveland, had 118,000 miles on it. (305 cu. in. TPI)
$810.00 - shop receipt for tune-up and sensor replacements, includes cap/rotor/plugs/EGR/throttle.pos.sensor
$250.00 - custom exhaust from stock headers back to muffler (bypassing catalytic convertor)
$150.00 - transmission flush, oil/filter change (Automatic transmission)

$250.00 - replacement "complete" floor pan, no rust, rockers included (plasma cut out of another camaro)

Other than the floor pan that need replaced, the windshield has cracks - but no leaks, in it or the T-Tops. Starts and runs well, no leaks, A/C compressor good but does not have the belt put back on after the engine replacement.

1996 evergreen pearl (dark green) Toyota Tacoma, 2WD, four speed, automatic, 2.4 liter, four cylinder, extended cab with 52,326 original miles. It has always been owned by the same family; belonging first to my grandmother, then me. I decided to get something bigger and no longer have the need for it. The truck is immaculate inside and out. It has been well maintained, including oil changes every three thousand miles and new plugs and wires about a year ago. Truck includes: air conditioning, sliding rear window, power steering, tilt steering wheel, 60/40 split bench seat, locking fuel door, matching locking watertight hard cover, and bed mat. Like new tires on the rear. The only rust spots are very small ones around the bottom of the rear wheel wells and are only visible from underneath the truck. $6000 obo. It has a/c it does work with some new components, power windows, power door locks. everything is original on the truck.it has new oil pan with new oil and filter, new tune up plugs, wires, cap, pip, rotor button. THE GOOD:

motor is good. no knocking or ticking.
4x4 works good.
rear differential has no noises or leaks.
no loose parts in front end.
rear diff gives no noise or sign of wear

i think the carb needs gone thru. not sure yet.

I know im missing some things but it has every bolt on performance part you can buy for the modular motor.

There is no rust anywhere, all fluids have been changed many times full synthetic oil and filter every 3000 miles, also just put a new air filter on

This van is a beast. I loved driving it. It drives smooth and strong. It's a southern vehicle so there's really no rust underneath. The rust that you see is new surface rust from being in Ohio for a few years after the hot sun of Florida burned off the paint.

I don't really want to sell, but there's a problem that I can't figure out and I'm sick of messing with it. It's the transmission. New trans! But slips going into Drive, or Reverse. Kind of a long story, I'll tell you if you're interested. I was told it was the clutch, but doesn't make sense to me, cause wouldn't you replace the clutch if you were "fixing" the trans to begin with? Maybe you know something I don't.

I have only driven the van for maybe 700 miles. Things that I fixed as soon as I purchased: Spark plugs/wires, thermostat, air filter, radiator, water pump, battery....

also optional to buy with the van inside is: 1,000 Watt Power Inverter, Fridge, TV / VCR / DVD / AM/FM home theater Surround w/ subwoofer for the back of the van, full length bench seat with pillows. Short shag carpet.

I'll be very specific on things that DON'T work: Transmission (as mentioned), wipers (needs a new plastic boot for wiper arm & tube junction, you'll see when you get in there under the windshield, really simple) odometer (needs new cluster) speedo seems fine. Lastly, has no spare wheel.
