House located on bearsdley about 5 minutes south east from the UA akron campus Roomates consist of three males myself, a retiree and a student at kent state. I work in the army full time. We are all quite, respectful people that share the house quite nicely. No drama or petty problems. Everyone cleans up after themselves and gets along. Would be on the 2nd floor with the other two. I live in the attic room on the third floor. Retiree has one cat that stays in his room and he also smokes exclusively in his room but not in any common areas. Great situation for someone who needs housing for a few months and doesnt want a lot of hassel of dealing with a new apartment or finding roomates. Females males welcome. Ive had several female roommates and never any problems there.
