Spacious bedroom for rent in a house that is just 2 min walking distance from the University of Akron. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed and large dresser (shown in photos). There are three other students living in this house: 2 guys and 1 girl. A female tenant is preferred. The house is a duplex with 2 students living next door. This side of the house has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, basement, and outdoor patio. The large driveway has enough room for everyone living here to park. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. Cable and wireless internet are split between the 6 people living in the duplex. The group of people living here are very friendly and personable. Although friends often come hang out, no one in the house throws huge parties.
Take advantage of the very short walk to campus or take the Roo Express, which stops directly in front the house.
Rent is $275/month with ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Security deposit is 1 month of rent ($275). The lease will end on July 31, 2010.
