I am a 21 year old KSU student, and I currently live in PebbleBrook Apartments in Kent ((right next to the walmart on route 59)). I'm looking for someone or two someones ((maybe a couple)) to either sublet or take over my lease. The lease is up in September of 2010, and unfortunately I have to leave because of family emergency that requires me to move back home. Its only about 5 minutes away from campus and downtown, and the bus comes practically to my front door. The rent is $950 a month (that includes pet rent, ((so dogs, cats, snakes, unicorns, whatever you have are allowed)) and water) so divided by two people its $475. You pay electric and gas ((which balances out to maybe 60 or 70 bucks a month combined)). I live alone, with my saint bernard and with my work I can afford it so its really not that bad considering all that you get with it.

Two very large, very nice bedrooms (one with a walk in closet)
