My roommate and I are looking for two people, starting in January or sooner, to take over the remaining months on our lease. The lease goes until July of 2010. The apartments has 2br, 1bath, and rent is 630 split between two people (315 a person). Occupants also pay Gas and Electric, (water and trash are covered). Great location, located off of Rhodes Rd, only 1 minute walking from Kent State. Cats and dogs are more than welcome. We are offering either half off the first months rent or our security deposit, or willing to negotiate other. You will also have to be approved by the landlord, yet this is a simply task that generally only takes a day or two to complete.
