One bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment. I'm looking for another person to take over the lease beginning in January running through the end of May. Can move in at towards the end of December. Rent is $310 plus cable, internet, gas, and electric. The room is located in the Roo Commons apartment complex. Fully furnished, one bath. The complex is within 500 feet of campus and is very convenient. There is a parking lot and laundry room in the complex.
