please contact me asap for info. its in the townhomes which is populated with college students. its a 5 bedroom 2.5 bath house. you will have 4 male roommates who are very easy to get along with ranging from sophomore to junior. i'm moving out of state and really need to get this place rented!! room is about 10x10. yes its small but its perfect for one person. i have a double bed, entertainment center and a dresser and there is plenty of room. utilities are not included but are not expensive at all especially when they r split 5 ways.
