We have in excellent condition a Winds of Tyme collectible doll "Betsy" with teddy bear for sale for just $55. This a hand made doll so it is a one of a kind and it is signed on her bottom and is dated 2001 by Joan Irwin of Medina. It is a soft sculpted doll with cloth covered porcelain head and shoulder plate. The doll is approximately 24 inches tall. She is not a toy as she is an artist doll.
