New Mexico. 60 years of Statehood. 1912-1972. These words are shown on the front of this lovely decanter. There are also the images of 3 people who represent New Mexico’s history. On the back side of the bottle are the images of 10 official state symbols.

This colorful ceramic decanter is from the makers of Jim Beam Whiskey. It stands approximately 9-1/2” tall and 9-3/4” wide. The cork stopper is in excellent condition. The stopper itself is on the left side and is 1 of 2 sun images that decorate the bottle. It’s also the sun symbol on the flag of New Mexico. The original red US Internal Revenue tax strip is still present on the decanter and stopper. The gold foil strip on the front of the decanter reads Beam 86 proof 120 months old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

Part of their State Series, this beautiful bottle is a creation of James B. Beam Distilling Co., KY-DRB-230. The bottle is Genuine Handcrafted Regal China 1972, C. Miller, Regal China Corporation; 145, Liquor Bottle.

This is a wonderful bottle with no chips or cracks, and bottle collectors, Americana enthusiasts, or those who hold a sense of pride for the State of New Mexico would appreciate this unique decanter!
