Position Summary

The Bh General Manager is responsible for leading the business unit focused on bh remodeling services. This role drives revenue growth, ensures operional excellence, and oversees sales, installion, customer experience, and profitability. The Bh General Manager manages cross-functional teams (Sales, Operions/Installion, and Service), implements stregic initiives to grow market share, and maintains high quality and customer sisfaction standards in line with the company’s brand and warranty commitments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for the bh remodeling business, including revenue growth, margin performance, and cost control.
• Lead and develop Sales, Operions, Installion, and Service teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and high performance.
• Execute and optimize sales stregy, including lead conversion, pricing discipline, and sales coaching to consistently exceed targets.
• Oversee field operions and installion quality, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with warranty and industry standards.
• Champion an exceptional end-to-end customer experience, from initial consultion through project completion and post-install service.
• Implement scalable operional processes for scheduling, capacity planning, inventory management, and labor efficiency.
• Analyze market trends, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, regulory, and compliance requirements across all bh operions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, HR, and Leadership to support stregic initiives and expansion.
• Build and sustain a performance-driven culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Educion and Experience

Educion

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combinion of educion, training, and experience.

Experience

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction, home services, or bh remodeling services.
• An additional 3+ years of relevant experience may substitute for formal educion.

Core Competencies

• Proven track record leading multi-functional teams and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong operional, analytical, and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility.
• Excellent communicion, customer service, and organizional skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa stus (e.g., H1B).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certificions

• Experience in bh remodeling or reled home improvement services.
• Prior business unit leadership or P&L management experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and field operions or scheduling software.
• Demonstred commitment to safety, quality, and customer sisfaction.

Travel Requirements

• Up to 25% U.S. and/or Canadian travel required.

Overtime / Additional Hours Requirements

• Additional and non-standard hours may be required (exempt position).
