We are seeking a line cook to join our team and assist in expanding our food and beverage experience. We are a casual dining, Veterans Organization looking for a self-starters, with a positive attitude. And kitchen experience.
Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience. No late nights and no major Holidays. Our kitchen is open M-F 12:00pm- 9:00pm. So, we are looking to fill a line cooks position M-F 11:00am - 10:00pm. Splitting these hours with our headline chef.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Set up line for food service.
Prepare food and plate presentations to menu specifications and/or customer special requests.
Food quality and safety standards in compliance with all local health codes.
Cleaning, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift.
Exercise good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills. Servsafe certificated would help.
Work with management and staff to create a memorable culinary experience for members and guests.
Able to meet physical demands such as lifting 50 pounds and standing for long periods of time.
