Smoking Pig LLC is hiring Meat Processing Workers / Production Team Members to support our growing pork processing operation. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment producing bacon, sausage, and fresh pork cuts for retail and wholesale customers.
Key Responsibilities
Cut, trim, and portion pork products
Assist in sausage production, bacon slicing, and packaging
Operate food processing equipment (training provided)
Follow USDA food safety and sanitation standards
Maintain clean workstations and equipment
Meet daily production and quality targets
Requirements
Meat processing, food production, or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to work in cold environment (32–40°F)
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Team-oriented and detail-focused
