Trying to build clientele! Anyone love to bake? We have duck eggs (back two cartons) available which are great for eating and baking! They are larger eggs than chicken eggs. We get about one dozen in three days. When people hear duck eggs, they get turned away, but did you know duck eggs vs chicken eggs- “offering more protein, healthy fats (omega-3s), vitamins (A, B12, D), and minerals (iron, selenium, choline) than chicken eggs, resulting in a richer, creamier taste and texture, making them great for eating straight or in baking. While higher in cholesterol and calories, their nutrient density and beneficial protein make them a very nutritious choice for a balanced diet, often suitable for those with chicken egg allergies”.
That being said, we will be having a self-serve stand shortly and I will be posting an address but for now just trying to build clients so eggs don’t go to waste before then!
Duck eggs- 6$ a dozen.
Chicken eggs- 3$ a dozen.
Thanks for reading!
