Antique bed. Solid walnut. Very tall and very interesting. Circa 1890’s, or so I’ve been told. Maker is unknown. It is very tall, so would look best in a home with high ceilings. Headboard Height is 7’ 6 1/2”, width at top is 61”, width at the bottom is 59 1/8”. Footboard width at top is 59 3/4”, width at bottom 59”, height 33 1/2”. Inside length and width for box spring and mattress is 74” x 54 3/8”. Doing a little research a modern full size mattress is one inch longer, 75”. These old beds are 74inches. Been told that the mattress size is three quarters. Last two pictures are the center of the side rails. Last pic is what hardware looks like on rails to connect head a foot board. Comes with slats that are not pictured.
