rebuilt 14 hp kohler all vogel parts.mid west gears and spool mid west clutch.front weight bar mid weight bar and one behind the seat.built it for grand son and his mo wont let him pull so thats why selling it.set the rpm at 4100 for now.you can set it to what your club will allow.
