Powered by a 6’ electric cord, it’s temperature controlled and is not immersible. It measures 13-1/2” wide x 6-1/2” high without the aluminum lid, which is 1-1/2” high. Handle to handle, it measures 18” long. The aluminum cooking surface is 10” in diameter and 2-1/2” deep. There’s also a handy temperature control guide on the inside of the lid.

120V, 1200W. It’s in excellent condition considering its age, and was Made in the USA by the Cory Corporation of Chicago IL.
