The wooden base is sturdy enough to hold any size book. The short, clear acrylic sheet can be moved easily into one of three available positions to accommodate the size of the recipe source or book, keeping it in place while being used. When not in use, remove the small acrylic sheet, lay it flat onto the wood base, and then fold down the hinged, larger acrylic back sheet to fold flat for storage.
The wooden base measures 12-1/2” long x 5-1/2” wide x 2-1/4” high. The larger acrylic sheet measures 12-1/2” long x 8-1/2” wide, and the smaller acrylic sheet measures 12-1/2” long x 4” wide. In very good used condition.
