This hefty non-stick steel roaster pan measures 18-3/4” long handle to handle x 13-1/2” wide x 4” high and should hold approximately 18.5 quarts within its 13-1/2" wide x 17" long pan interior! It comes with an oversized, solid and handled V-shaped non-stick steel rack which fits snugly in the pan, can hold a very large turkey or roast with ease, allows heat to circulate, and allow meat or poultry to drain as it cooks.
