Use it as it’s intended, which is to blend flour and shortening to make dough…it does a wonderful job, makes that task easy, and works as it should. Or even think about using it to mash up your avocado with its stainless-steel blades the next time you’re making guacamole…it works great!

Topped with a 3” black plastic handle, it’s 4” long x 5” high x 1-3/4” wide. In excellent used condition, it will be a handy and useful tool in any kitchen.
