3-roll single-pinch (initial pinch) hydraulic plate bending roll
Like new conditions, used to test samples only. Purchased new in 2023 with the anticipation of a large contact that did not come through. Complete and still on the crate like new.
Roll diameter: 7.9" (approx. 200 mm) on the rolls.
Hydraulic-powered adjustment of the bending roll (with digital readout for positioning in some configurations).
Hydraulic-powered pinch roll adjustment.
Hydraulic-powered opening of the top roll for part removal.
Hydraulic tilting of the bending roll.
Forged steel rolls, hardened to approx. RC45.
