This is exactly like the one Ozzy used to wear.
Not sure what type of metal it is made of but it's a very shiny brushed gold finish, it's very thick amd heavy.
Does not come with a chain. You can wear this on your own necklace, chain or cord.
These are impossible to find for sale, mine is the only one I've ever seen listed for sale anywhere.
