Part time office assistant needed for a rental property company with two locations.
Must be professional with some experience in customer service. Any training will be provided by management directly.
Job responsibilities include answering phone calls, taking messages, setting appointments, greeting walk in's, giving necessary information.
Delivering notices, making calls associated with notices given (privacy is a must). Filing and basic office functions as needed by management to assist in day to day tasks.
Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license. Must be 18 years or older.
