Position Summary: The Facility Maintenance Coordinor builds value and quality into the entire organizion by supporting the day-to-day functions of the Store Operions team. This is a 6 month contract. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Correspond with corpore and field management teams for over 200 locions and vendors to support operional store functions including but not limited to: trash disposal, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC requests.
• Coordine, communice, and complete store service requests for over 200 locions through email and facility maintenance software.
• Organize and oversee the office supplies to all offices and the corpore campus.
• Contribute to quality control oversight for Facilities activity.
• Assist in the integrion of new acquisitions through utility transfers, Facilities software integrion, and office supplies.
• Organize and file store operions invoices. 
• Be flexible to perform any task necessary to support department or company-wide initiives.
• Lead and coordine activities associed with assigned projects to ensure objective/key results are accomplished and deadlines are met.
• Participe in cross functional tasks regarding office moves and openings, as it pertains to move out repairs and utility transfers.  
• Involvement with stregic initiives to support the evolution of Leaf Home’s growth.
• Be proactive and take steps to ensure the success of all facilities.
• Occasional travel to local offices.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualificions:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• 1+ years of office/administrive experience.
• Ability to learn ticket-style software.
• Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their tention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball.”
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality.
• Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals.
• Detail-oriented and can focus on the task hand by finding the most efficient and effective phway to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communicion skills all levels to communice with internal and external stakeholders articulely.
• Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evalue arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, and solve complex problems.
• Ability to provide timely and emphetic service through all communicion channels keeping peer and customer needs first.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa stus (e.g., H1B stus). 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certificions:

• Some college or secondary educion.
• Experience using ticket-style software. 

Travel Requirements:

• Less than 10% domestic travel required.  

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:

• May be requested to work overtime on evenings and weekends dependent on business need.      

Physical Requirements:

• Normal office environment.
• Performs indoor work in a clime-controlled environment. 
• Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
