The Seasonal Crew Member (May-Dec.) role is to assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of gutter systems while contributing to a safe, productive, and positive job site environment. Seasonal Crew Members support the Crew Leader, follow established processes, and help deliver high-quality results on every project. All Seasonal Crew Members are expected to uphold the BHD Gutters Company Playbook, carrying out their work with professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean out and restock the production truck each morning.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck and workspace.
- Work with the Crew Leader to complete jobs according to the work order.
- Clean up and remove all debris and scrap from the jobsite.
- Report missing or broken tools/materials to the Crew Leader.
- Install all materials following BHD standards
Physical Demands
- Lifting, carrying, and moving materials 50-75 lbs
- Climbing and working on ladders and roof surfaces at various heights
- Standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching for extended periods
- Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and responsibly
- Maintaining balance and awareness while working along rooflines and elevated areas
- Driving company vehicles as needed to reach job sites.
