We are currently looking to partner with SMALL companies, independent contractors, handymen, and service providers throughout Michigan and Ohio for ongoing commercial maintenance and repair work.
This is NOT a traditional hiring position or employment opportunity. We are looking to build long-term working relationships with reliable individuals and small crews who want consistent work opportunities and are interested in growing with us over time.
Our company is actively expanding in the facilities management industry and works with commercial businesses and restaurant chains throughout the region. We currently manage maintenance for all Chick-fil-A locations in Michigan and many in Ohio, and we are continuing to grow our client base.
We are seeking partners who are:

Comfortable handling commercial service calls and repairs
