Deck builder (Kent near Lowe's)

The size of the deck is going to be 16 up against the house, and 12 going away from the house
My budget is around $1,200 for the labor to complete, I've seen these things built in a single day... I'm hoping that there's someone out there who can start early and get her done before the day ends (not mandatory but wishful)
There will be two sets of stairs coming off of the deck, and handrails
The job is located right by Lowe's in Kent Ohio
