Sears Allstate 1966 Puch Compact DS60 Scooter Minibike Bike (Project or Parts)

I purchased at auction. The seller said his father took it apart for a restoration project but never found the time to finish it.
Not sure if it's complete but look close.
I'm selling this as parts or repair. I want the whole bike gone at once so I wont be piecing out the parts.
