Basically new. I bought this new from Sweetwater to replace my Sansamp and not long after I found a killer deal on another Sansamp, so this is not needed any longer . I will also throw in another Behringer( same pedal). It is the 1st I bought and was making a strange noise so I was sent another to replace it. It may or may not be a simple fix.
