It’s still a great instrument. Needs a hammer adjusted and tuned. Still sounds plays great and is a beautiful piece of furniture. Or gut it make the housing something else (ie whiskey cabinet etc) the strings and hammers art, scrap the metal? Whatever you take you do what you will.
