Excellent condition, one small chip on front as seen in photo (upper left of sound hole), otherwise almost new, bought new fall 2024, dont play it much but as far as 12 strings go this one has good action, stays in tune better than most, has built in tuner and lr baggs pickup and sounds very nice. New martin light gauge strings just installed and truss adjusted for lowest action without buzz. I have 6 electrics, 5 acoustics including martin and taylor, banjos, mandolins, ukes etc and just need to thin the herd of instruments that arent played much. The tiny ding/chp can easily be repaired using superglue - watch stew mac video on youtube
