Marked 3CX and 3D, this steel ratcheting type jack handle was patented May 12, 1908 in Ashland OH. It has a ratchet switch which smoothly changes the direction of the gear wheel, which spins freely, as well as a 1/2” hole in the gear wheel to allow for needed attachments.
