Classification: 1099 independent Contractor ONLY
Work Type: Ongoing project-based work
We are seeking a skilled construction / maintenance contractor for residential and light commercial projects.
Work may be coordinated through a lead foreman for scope and scheduling, but contractors are expected to perform work independently and manage their own methods, tools, and execution.
Scope of Work:
Drywall repair & finishing
Trim, doors, flooring, minor framing
Basic plumbing & electrical
Water intrusion diagnosis and repair
General property maintenance
Requirements (non-negotiable):
Proven construction or maintenance experience
1099 independent contractor status
Own tools and reliable transportation
Ability to complete assigned scopes with minimal oversight
Professional conduct on occupied properties
Compensation:
$25/hour based on skill and productivity
Increased volume and rate available for proven contractors
