Large finished attic space (8 foot ceilings) with 2 bedrooms, a living space, full bathroom and large open hallway area. Mini fridge included. Must be ok with steps since it’s on the 3rd floor. Shared kitchen. Laundry in basement.
I work mostly from home. I live alone, but my kids visit me on weekends. I’m a musician so my roommate must be ok with me playing guitar during normal daytime hours occasionally. Usually in bed by 11pm or so and up around 7-8am.
$350 deposit plus rent to move in ($1050)
