Position Summary: The Logistics Operions Coordinor plays a key role in ensuring Leaf Home shipments are accurely tracked, scheduled, and communiced across our internal teams and transportion partners. This role is responsible for monitoring shipment activity, coordining freight pickups, preparing shipping documention, and maintaining shipping da within internal systems. This position works closely with transportion vendors, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure products move efficiently across the Leaf Home network.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Shipment Coordinion

• Track and trace all Leaf Home shipments
• Build shipments in internal systems and determine approprie carrier or shipping mode
• Schedule freight pickups with transportion vendors
• Issue freight arrival notices to internal and external locions
• Issue parcel arrival notices to internal locions

Shipping Documention & Systems

• Prepare and review required shipping documents
• Maintain shipment da and consignee informion in internal systems
• Manage locion addresses and shipping accessorial requirements within software and Excel
• Send weekly shipping schedules to transportion vendors

Communicion & Operional Support

• Communice shipment stus updes with internal teams and transportion vendors
• Assist the Transportion Supervisor, Warehouse Specialists, and other team members as needed
• Inform management of ongoing performance or operional issues
• Support additional logistics and shipping responsibilities as assigned

Experience and Minimum Qualificions:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizional skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstred customer service and communicion skills with the ability to support internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and reled tools).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa stus (e.g., H1B stus).

 Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certificions:

• 1+ years of Transportion experience.
• Certificion or equivalent in Transportion or Logistics management. 

Travel Requirements:

•  No travel required. 

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:

• May be requested to work overtime on evenings and weekends dependent on business need.  

Physical Requirements:

• Normal office environment. 
• Performs indoor work in a clime-controlled environment. 
• Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
