We’re looking for one strong sales rep to represent a local property & hospitality services portfolio. This is not three unrelated businesses. It is one integrated offering serving property owners, operators, and organizations that place guests locally.
The Portfolio
You will be selling solutions, not SKUs:
• Bright Sky Cleaners – Residential & STR cleaning
• Turn Hospitality – STR operations & support services
• Villa Chiaroscuro – Furnished / corporate / short-term housing
Most prospects will need one service now and another later. Your job is to open doors and build channels.
How You Get Paid (Summary)
This is a commission-only role designed for independent, disciplined sellers.
• Direct / self-sourced customers:
- Bright Sky: 12%
- Turn Hospitality: 18%
- Villa Chiaroscuro: 18%
• Organization-sourced customers (referral channels you activate):
- Bright Sky: 6%
- Turn Hospitality: 9%
- Villa Chiaroscuro: 9%
• Organization activation payout:
- $250 one-time per verified referral organization
Commissions are paid monthly on revenue collected.
Earning Potential:
➡️ Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week): Typically earns $1,500–$3,000/month once ramped
➡️ Full-Time (35–45 hrs/week): Typically earns $3,500–$6,000/month with consistent effort
Earnings are commission-only and scale based on activity, not hours.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
• Outbound outreach to:
- Property managers
- Real estate groups
- Hospitals & agencies
- Owners/operators with local portfolios
• Activating referral relationships (not just having “nice conversations”)
• Closing direct customers where appropriate
• Maintaining light, professional contact with active organizations
• Logging leads and activity clearly
What We Expect

• Weekly pipeline update (simple Google Sheet is fine)
• Lead ownership requires activity – inactive leads revert
• Trial period: 30–45 days
