Everything you need for a little bit of glamping! Coleman 6 person tent with tarp to put it on. Plenty of space and can stand totally upright in it. Used twice. Comes with everything you see in the picture. The Gazelle screen tent alone is worth 300$. Lots of waterproof/air-tight containers for your cooler of all sizes, tent waterproofing spray, clothes pins, some wax for zippers, new toiletry bag with some toiletries and containers for shampoo, soap, pill container, grooming scissors, etc. there is also a portable air conditioner, clothes line, all kinds of accessories. A light with fan, one regular light, and a multi outlet to charge your phone by setting it on top or plug in, two shoe carpets for indoor and out, and two waterproof carpets/blankets to put your beds on. Everything was used twice. My husband and I prefer a cabin.
