HP All in One printer (print, scan, copy, fax) model HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e. Printer works, however, I replaced 2 ink cartridges with generic ones (which I have used in past without issues) and now it reads damaged cartridges. The new cartridges were old (still sealed) so I think the ink was dried. It printed a few times without issue then the error message appeared. It may need new ink cartridges to remedy the problem.
