We’re hiring a hands-on General Manager who is also a licensed HVAC technician. This role combines field work (residential & light commercial service/install) with leadership—building a team, managing jobs, and helping grow the business.
Requirements:
Active HVAC license (Ohio)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Residential/light commercial experience
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Able to train/mentor techs
Must pass background check & drug test
Pay & Benefits:
$100K base + up to 20% bonus
