We are seeking an individual with general maintenance experience, 2 years preferred, with plumbing, electrical, painting and minor carpentry. Duties include but are not limited to completing property work orders, prepping suites for occupancy, handling emergency calls, and keeping the complex safe and clean. This person will be part of the on-site team that can work independently, supports other team members and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
