This is a 2021 Jay Flight 32BHDS travel trailer camper by Jayco. I measured it to be about 33 feet long not including the rear bumper or the front tongue & hitch. Unit comes with 2 slide-outs making it very spacious inside. Has a beautiful kitchen inside with a skylight and a small outdoor kitchen complete with fridge as well. Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom, bunk beds, a sofa and a collapsible dining area. This camper was purchased from an insurance company with a scrap/parts title due to "roof damage". It was damaged right above the door towards the front of the trailer. Roof was repaired and a few sheets of aluminum siding were replaced towards the top (see pictures). Awning was damaged and remains missing. There don't appear to be any leaks and the interior has a dry atmosphere with no unusual odors. I don't have a 50 amp power outlet but I can have it plugged into 120v and the A/C does kick in and blow cold. Appliances and all the electrical items power on and appear to work as they should. These campers currently sell for about $27,000 and my price has been heavily discounted for the fact that it comes with a scrap/parts title. MSRP on this camper when new was almost $43,000 according to the window sticker it came with.
You will receive a Bill of Sale in your name and a Scrap Title with this travel trailer. This camper is only ideal if you plan to use it on private property as a "guest house" or a "hunting cabin". Keep in mind that with a scrap/parts title you won't be able to get registration or plates for it in most states (including Ohio). A scrap title is NOT the same as a salvage title. This camper probably isn't for you if you plan on towing it a lot and using it on public campgrounds.
