I want to replace old carpet in a home office with a solid floor that's a little easier for an office chair to wheel around on, but it's a rental. Have the owner's permission, but still don't wanna put much money into upgrading someone else's property, 'cause they aren't comping any work I do.
We used laminate that got pulled up and salvaged out of a repo to re-do rooms in a few friend's houses years ago, got thinking maybe I can do that again?
If anyone has a demo planned where they're removing an old click-lock laminate or vinyl plank floor to replace it this season, I'd love to help with your trash! Only need ~200sqft but I'd haul away more; can pass it on the surplus to someone else, or just fill up our dumpster instead of yours. Don't care about color or material, if you've got something I can probably decorate around it. :3
